Michael A. LaBollita, Esq.
Michael concentrates his practice on representing people with disabilities; particularly their claims arising out of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Prior to him becoming an Associate with Gottlieb & Associates PLLC, he obtained extensive experience with all aspects of litigation from inception to pre-trial by working as a Law Clerk for Jeffrey M. Gottlieb, Esq.
In addition to his experience as a litigator, Michael consults with and provides legal advice to people with disabilities seeking to enforce their Federal Civil Rights under the ADA.
While attending Albany Law School, Michael was a member of the Latin American Law Students Association (LALSA) and Treasurer of the Italian American Law Student Association (IALSA). Michael also participated in the Albany Law School Immigration Law Clinic, where he was trained to provide direct representation to both detained and non-detained immigrants. He practiced essential lawyering skills and drafted correspondence, pleadings, motions and forms central to his client's application to obtain Special Immigrant Juvenile Status.
