In 2007, Dana Lauren Gottlieb joined Gottlieb & Associates PLLC and became an Associate Attorney in 2008. Ms. Gottlieb was awarded her J.D. degree in 2007 from New York Law School and was admitted to the New York and Federal courts in 2008. Ms. Gottlieb is also admitted to the United States District Courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Ms. Gottlieb has been co-counsel in over 75 Fair Labor Standards Act/New York Labor Law class/collective action lawsuits as well as several class action consumer lawsuits. Ms. Gottlieb is co-counsel in several FCRA class actions against nationally recognized defendents pending in various federal courts around the country. Ms. Gottlieb received her B.A. degree from New York University, cum laude, in 2001 and her M.A. degree from Columbia University in 2003. Additionally, she has interned at the Office of William J. Clinton, former President of the United States, as well as for the Honorable Sherry Klein Heitler, Justice of the Supreme Court, New York County.
